  Not pleasant. Air conditioning cannot be left on otherwise it will be shut off by owner. We returned to cabin at end of the day and it was very hot inside cabin. Took a couple of hours to become comfortable. Must clean your dishes and empty garbage bin otherwise fees apply. Could not find a playground for children to play in or any facilities for children.

  WORST PLACE EVER!!! This is the worse place I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in numerous accommodations. The owners Marie and her husband accused us of lying. I My initial phone call was to enquire how much it would cost for 2 people, (the website says $10 per extra person) as my partner and I were going to Leeton to visit family. The cabin we got oozed of tightness, very small, no extra bedding, not even a small thing of milk. The next day (no lights on in the office/reception area) Marie told us that I only booked for 1 person and that I'd made a mistake when I called. She offered us a bigger cabin but said "nothing is on" and that we'd have to pay to have cabin we used cleaned. She was extremely rude and made us feel like we were trying to con her. After arguing the point and her partner coming out from somewhere, we were asked to leave. I wasn't going without getting my money back which I did. She thrust it at me and I snatched it from her. Her partner accused me of assault and they were going to call the police!!! We left but unfortunately I'd left my jacket in the cupboard. My partner went back to get it. Marie's partner pretty much apologized for her behaviour, and claimed the excuse for it was she has just found out she has stage 3 cancer!! Awful people, awful set up. We noticed they didn't have many customers, but everywhere else was busy. We stayed down the road at the Riverina, Susan and Wayne are lovely people, and very accommodating.

  We stayed at the Leeton caravan park for three days and found it to be a very clean park. The ablution block though a little aged was spotless as were the toilets. The park is pet friendly. The Managers were very helpful and friendly. The boom gate needed a card only to enter. which was great and you had to pay a $20 bond for that which was returned as you left.Definitely worth a visit.
